HOW IT WORKS
Once you have paid, you will receive a confirmation email, the same email will be sent to your group whose name and email addresses you entered when purchasing.
As your selected event date approaches, we will send your unique zoom access link and further instructions to prepare for your epic night in
In advance of your chosen event we recommend downloading the Zoom app to your desktop and create your own Zoom account (if you haven’t already). Make sure you have a strong wifi signal. We recommend using Chrome as the browser to run the experience. The experience is designed for laptops and desktops and will not work fully on tablets or mobiles.
On the night you will need to elect one person to share their screen and sound. Once on Zoom, you’ll see an option to ‘share screen’ on the toolbar at the bottom. Once you click that you will see an option to also ‘share sound’ in the bottom left of the screen that pops up. It is essential to select ‘share sound’ at the start of the session to allow sound to play directly through your group’s own speakers, rather than out of your speakers and back into your microphone.
